Our Values

The AACEE has as principles, the defense and development of values and landmarks from which Free Masonry is the vigilant heir: especially human dignity, freedom and equality of rights for all human beings (Human Rights in the Universal Declaration of 1948) and in the European Convention of freedom and fundamental rights; absolute freedom of self-being, people’s integrity, realization of moral and spiritual progress as well as social, economic, cultural and political advancement of the society; in particular the enhancement of democracy, the promotion of secularism (being understood as the absolute freedom of conscience, the institutional separation of state and cult) and the promotion of a Europe with a greater justice and solidarity for everyone.
